I’ve been working on the UI/UX design of UnitedHealthcare Small Business Store(SBS) since 2022.

The SBS is designed for small business owners to shop for health insurance for their employees. This client has been with us for over 10 years. I work with cross-functional teams on building and maintaining the website, designing new pages and features, conducting user research and testings, as well as improving and innovating design system.
